Paris, November 5, 2025 – Sillage, the AI-powered sales intelligence platform, today announces its selection as one of Station F's Future 40 startups for 2025. This prestigious recognition highlights the most promising pre-seed and seed companies on Europe's largest startup campus, representing just 4% of Station F's highly selective ecosystem.
A Milestone Recognition
Now in its 7th edition, the Future 40 has become a benchmark for identifying Europe's next generation of successful tech companies. Previous cohorts have included standouts like Tomorro, Genomines, 900.care, Spore.bio, Fintecture, Qantev, and Stonly - companies that have gone on to raise significant funding from top-tier investors including Accel, Khosla Ventures, EQT, Runa Capital, Northzone, and 20VC.
Across all editions, the 280 featured companies have collectively raised over €900M, with this year's cohort alone raising over €1B as of September 2025 - a historic milestone for Station F.
The Selection Criteria
Station F's Future 40 selection evaluates startups on multiple critical dimensions:
- Growth trajectory and market traction
- Commercial and technical achievements
- Team strength and execution capability
- Future roadmap and scaling potential
For this edition, startups that have raised €1M or more became eligible, ensuring the Future 40 covers the full spectrum of early-stage innovation at Station F.
A Cohort of Proven Entrepreneurs
The 2025 Future 40 stands out for the maturity of its founder profiles. Repeat entrepreneurs now represent 42% of the cohort - founders who have successfully exited previous companies, scaled startups to significant exits, or held leadership positions at tech giants like Meta, Airbnb, and leading European scaleups including Dataiku, PayFit, and Spendesk.
Among the notable founders in this year's cohort are Karim Jouini (Thunders), who previously sold his fintech Expensya to Medius for over €100M, and Arnaud Weiss, Sillage's co-founder and CEO, who previously founded HeyAxel (acquired by LumApps) and was featured in the Future 40's 2020 edition. Arnaud then helped scale LumApps to a $650M exit before launching Sillage.
"Being recognized by Station F's Future 40 for the second time is both an honor and a validation of what we're building at Sillage. This cohort represents some of the most experienced and ambitious founders in Europe, and we're excited to be part of this journey alongside them."
, Arnaud Weiss, CEO and Co-founder, Sillage
Technical Excellence Meets AI Innovation
This year's Future 40 cohort showcases exceptional technical depth, with nearly 75% of founders holding engineering backgrounds and 17 founders with PhDs. AI agents are at the forefront of innovation, powering solutions across customer support, finance, productivity, and sales - areas where Sillage is making significant impact with its signal-based sales intelligence platform.
Beyond AI, the cohort extends into robotics and clean energy, including startups developing green hydrogen technologies to accelerate decarbonization. The international nature of Station F's ecosystem is reflected in the 20 nationalities represented, spanning the US, China, Peru, Australia, Ukraine, South Africa, Tunisia, India, the UK, Belgium, Italy, and Russia.
What's Next
As part of the Future 40 selection, Sillage joins an exclusive community of founders who will participate in high-level networking events, including a private dinner with leading international investors and ecosystem partners. The program provides access to Station F's online demo day, where investors can request introductions to both current and past Future 40 companies.
